国际贸易实务实验报告

一、实习目的:

通过《国际商务模拟平台》上机实习,可以使我们熟悉外贸实务的具体操作流程,增强感性认识,并可从中进一步了解、巩固与深化已经学过的理论的运作方式;切身体会到国际贸易中不同当事人面临的具体工作与他们之间的互动关系;学会外贸公司利用各种方式控制成本以达到利润最大化的思路;认识供求平衡、竞争等宏观经济现象,真正理解并吸收课堂中所学到的知识,为将来走上工作岗位打下良好基础。

二.试验准备:

1.打开外贸实务教学系统

2.熟悉案例的基本资料:出口公司名称:金莱特纺织贸易公司 ;出口公司地点、联系方式、联系人 。进口公司名称、联系人、联系方式 NEO,交易商品、交易方式:CFR等资料。。

3、出口流程中出口商的操作:交易准备、交易磋商、落实信用证、出口备货、租船定仓、出口报检、申请核销单、出口报关、装船出运输、制单结汇、收汇核销、出口退税等。

三.试验过程:

1. 出口签约:.参考业务反馈中询盘函、还盘函、接收函的有关内容了解买卖双方以及买卖物品相关信息 ,然后再对销售合约中的条款进行正确的填写。对合约内容进行校正与必要的修改,确定完成后保存并上交出口辅助。 2. 信用证审核与修改:根据审证的一般原则和方法对收到的信用证进行认真细致的审核,列明信用证存在的问题并陈述要求改证的理由。对信用证认真审核的基础上,拟写一封要求修改信用证的改证函。

3.出口货运定舱与投保装船:找到实验内容所需的订舱委托书、商业发票、装箱单以及投保单空白单据。 根据业务反馈中的接收函、会签函、会签合同、信用证以及配舱回单中的相关内容填写空白单据中的相关信息。 根据商品资料中的有关信息计算单据中的净重等须计算的内容。 根据会签合同中的相关内容了解此次交易的保险的有关规定并计算投保单中的保险金额。填写完毕之后再进行一次相关信息的校对,确定无误之后保存并上交给出口辅助。

4. 出口报关:根据实验下载所需空白单据,即出口报关单。根据操作反馈查看有利信息填写相关内容。填写并校对完毕,提交单据给出口辅助。

5. 出口单据缮制与出口单据审核:根据实验找到所需空白单据。根据操作反馈查看有利信息填写相关内容。填写并校对完毕,提交单据给出口辅助。 6. 出口业务善后:查找出口善后所需要做的工作。完成操作内容。

四.试验感想

这次的国际贸易实务的上机实验,我们是收获良多,不但把这三年在书本上学到的国际贸易知识运用到了实践中,并且巩固了学到的知识,使之成为了一个完善的知识体系。这次的上机实验,也提高了我们的实践操作能力,为以后从事这方面的工作打下了基础。下面是我这次上机实验的心得体会

一、在国际贸易中,英语水平很重要。 在国际贸易中,由于双方属于不同的国家,所以只能使用英语进行沟通交流。在实验中与进口商的贸易磋商,各种单据的填写以及与银行的各种邮件都得使用英语。所以作为外贸的参与人员,英语水品就相当重要,尤其专业英语。但是现在的专业英语水品远远还打不到要求,在实验中只能依靠电子词典、系统帮助里的单据样本以及外贸函电等书籍,才完成了整个业务。所以在今后的学习里,我仍要加强对专业英语的学习,提高自己的英语水品。

二、在做国际贸易时,对各流程的熟悉程度直接影响交易的效率。单人模拟时,初次接触软件,再加上之前学习的理论知识不够扎实,因此操作步骤都得参考实验教材及系统步骤,因此造成了时间上的浪费;有了单人模拟的经验,双人模拟或多人模拟时,对于流程的熟悉程度明显增强,提高了交易的效率,交 易 的 笔 数 也相对 增 多,利 润 增 加 。在 实 际 的 国 际 贸 易 中 ,交 易 的 方 式 及 对象相对于模拟实验要复杂很多,因此业务熟练度是国际贸易业务员必备的。

三、在做国际贸易时,一定要保持清醒的头脑,要极其认真、细心,要有耐心

双人模拟和多人模拟中,交易对象、交易方式以及交易的产品种类均复杂化、多样化,产品的 种类及 数 量、合同金 额、保 险金 额 等 等 都 需 要计算 准 确 ,信 用证等各种单据也需要核对无误,否则利润会受到很大影响。我在做预算时或多或少

的出现了问题,在实际操作中也发生了混乱。而现实中的国际贸易交易数量及金 额比较大,交易种类及方式多样,因此必须要求业务员有清醒的头脑,计算时及其细心,同时要有耐心,仔细核对。
